I can make Yorkshires look like cup cakes and I can make cup cakes look like Yorkshires. Now that's either very clever or I'm doing something completely wrong   x

One cup plain flour,one cup eggs,one cup milk.Mix together  allow to rest at least half an hour before going into the oven.zworks every time.

What did you mean Ian?

Equal  quantities of flour,eggs and milk. So for example you could use a ladle or a small cup.Ive used the same method for years,always works.Any excess,I freeze.

I have a 12v ignition module for sale that will solve that problem!

We had two with our lunch.The remaining  two went into the freezer for use later.

We have the Thetford Midi Prima mkIII in the boat and in the caravan, find it to be an excellent oven, last Sunday err indoors did a full roast with yorkies, handles casseroles etc with ease and has a good grill also. Matched it in the summer with the Thetford 4 burner hob.
