PaulN Posted December 18, 2020 Share Posted December 18, 2020 As you probably know Kitti, the South Broads are quite tidal, you can see the tide line on the ramp in the photo. A step right at the bottom of the ramp doesn't matter too much when launching, but I would think recovery is easiest when near to high tide, to void any step. Bernard Posted December 21, 2020 Share Posted December 21, 2020 Sutton is a great slipway but if your boat is of any size you might want to give the yard a ring first as there is often boats moored along it, struggled getting a dingy in before.
