The finest builders of wooden boats bar none imho. Their sailing boats are even prettier. I was in Ipswich when they launched a huge one, not sure by how much they cleared the Orwell bridge but itwas not alot. Absolutely worldclass and made in Suffolk.

Just thumbed through my 56 Yachting World Annual and your example is typical of what was pictured for the Pavillon D’Or. The Spirit’ build is definitely quality workmanship and finish but to my mind trying to appeal to a different marketplace than reproduction of classic designs perse.
