Aweigh App Tides

I thought I'd have a play with the Aweigh App today. Just looking at tides. It tells me that for the River Bure - River Ant entrance low tide today will be 0.15m and high tide 1.4m  whopping 1.25m tidal range! Am I reading it wrong or is there an error in the data?

Well it was a springs tide yesterday, but the bridge gaps chart on the 'My Norfolk Broads' website says that the normal tide range at Acle bridge is between 1 ft 3” - 1 ft 9”.

That tidal range has got to be wrong.

That's more like what I would expect to see and getting less as you go upstream. Data must be wrong.
