Brooms are apparently stopping the supply of gas canisters once their current stock has gone.

Tingdene Marina do stock some bottles, enquire in the marina office. Brundall DIY also stock gas bottles.

If it's the shop I'm thinking of, they may deliver locally. Worth asking. 

But of course always a big thumbs up for Swancraft.

They do have a small van so guess it is used for deliveries or google lumberjacks rolling big logs, not sure about going down the steep hill using this method though.

I know this is going to sound strange, is there a need for a sort of marine service station?

A sort of place you can fill up with diesel, water, pump out and gas. Maybe buy some oil for the engine too. 
Just thinking out loud because a lot of places seemed to have gone or access is tight. That one before bridge craft was a regular stop for us but now it’s gone.

We found out yesterday that Brooms will no longer supply boats moored in their Marina with gas. There's such a shortage they are reserving gas for their hire fleet.

Rather like when they ceased supplying unleaded quayside....

Yes there needs to be places where we can buy fuel, pump out, water, provisions etc. Truth is its not really viable and the land is probably worth more for development.

There is still a widespread shortage of bottled gas.
