Sat watching three little fox cubs playing on the lawn last night until Mum came along, rounded them up and disappeared into the trees, it was a delight to watch

After a short spell in hospital my dad is home this weekend, taking him for some fish and chips along the sea front today, so pretty good news I reckon

Have a lovely weekend :default_winko: x

Our little baby Tom Tits left the nest today and are in and around the garden.    They are so cute.

Reminded me of the tit (think it's a Great Tit) that nested this year for the first time in the nest boxes/bird table that I built last year during the first lockdown period.  She had three fledglings, two of which flew the nest last week and are like yours, busy around the garden!  Sadly the third one didn't survive.

Coming along the Yare this morning, I watched a swan leading 5 cygnets to the river bank. There was a goose snuggled up on the bank facing ashore. Parent swan clearly wanted to get the young ones out at that particular spot and bit the goose on the rear end to make it shuffle up. No arguments from said goose!
