Well I give the update a Big thumbs down.

I maybe getting into my dotage but I am not regressing into school boy mode quite yet.

When I went to (approved) school it was the order of green star then red then silver and if you were very good you got a gold star.

BLACK STAR for the software suppliers.

Childish and infantile springs to mind.

This maybe my last post because it is annoying me and I do not want to progress up the ladder of merit decreed by idiots.

Thumbs down from me too. This forum is about the Broads. The developers seem to want to make it about them and their badges and levels. More than happy not to become a grand poohbar. If the administrators can turn off, please do.

I have to agree. I’m sure it’s something my grandsons would love but they are not members. Whose idea was it?

It is a new thing with the update.

Badges hold no fascination so I will ignore them, I certainly won't get upset by something outside the Forums control and I will ignore everyones badge and judge the member on the merit of their posts, like we all have always done.
