smitch6 Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 Hi i'm trying to figure out what gauges i actually want/need its for the battery/charging side of the system at the minute i have an amp gauge fitted on each engine -60 to +60 i have 3 battery banks 1 bat for each engine and then a set up of 5 x 110ah for the domestic side i'd like a gauge so i know whats left in each bank obviously although really i just need one for the domestic bank so what do i need? amp volts or battery condition? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Antares_9 Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 The NASA battery monitor is a good cheap, cheerful and effective instrument for that job, one of the displays on it is like a fuel gauge showing how much capacity is left in AH which is most useful for a domestic bank.
