Covid Jab Booster

Just been invited to book our booster jabs. I was able to book Tony's but sadly mine will have to wait until 2 weeeks after my suregery next Monday. I can't have anything like that for  2 weeks before and 2 weeks after.

i got a text yesterday inviting me to a booster jab this morning, unfortunately I have only just got home from Norfolk, so missed it, I will have to get hold of the surgery and talk to them as thats both the flu jab and covid booster missed due to being on lads week.

Had my booster on Thursday, it was Pfizer. Two original jabs were AstraZeneca.

Doc wanted to give me flu jab at same time but I had already booked one for three weeks time as I didn't fancy having both vaccines together.

The wife and I went on Friday (by arrangement) but when we arrived they realised it had not been six months since our las so going back in two weeks.

No side affects, apart  from a sore arm.But still got a nice bruise.

Had ours on Friday thank goodness.   Just a tad tender on the arm but nothing more.   I would rather that than Covid,  had the flu jab 10 days before.   Our pharmacy would not give you the jab and the flu together.
