Yarmouth Bridge heights?

Hi all

We are thinking of venturing from the south up to the north broads (if we can!) so was just wondering if anyone knew what the bridge heights in yarmouth drop to at slack water.

Depends on a number of factors like whether it is a spring or neap tide, rainfall upstream, barometrics in the North Sea, wind strength & direction, I have seen it at anything from about 9' 6" to almost 13' at low water.

We are only 8ft6in air draft, so looking good so far

with 8'6 you will get through on every low tide as long as the broads are not in flood, you will also get through Ludham bridge so a large part of the Northern Broads are accessible to you once up there. Just invest in lots of fenders, or wait till after September.
