Andrewcook Posted December 4, 2021 Share Posted December 4, 2021 As I do Welsh Rabbit at home using the ingredients such as 1oz of Butter( Anchor butter) 1oz plain Flour blend it in to a smooth paste then 300mls of Full Fat Milk. Stir all that together till it thickens then put One Small Spoon full of Colman's Mustard then a pinch of Salt and Pepper mix all that in and add One Large Spoon full of Worcester Sauce then 1/2 Pound of good English Cheddar Cheese stir all that in and let settle to a paste and do Toast One side nice and Brown the other side not quite so Brown to put the Cheese on it and Brown it off under the Grill also that Cheese Sauces can be used for Cauliflower cheese mind you doing on the Boat I have never tried doing it 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
