Palmtree
Hi, We spotted these Cranes on Horsea last week. Also spotted was an Otter. The wildlife tour boat came along just after it disappeared However we let them know about the sighting so they drifted around with the engine off for a short while, and were rewarded when the Otter surfaced beside the boat. There were a lot of happy people on board Ian
DaveS
On Saturday, as we came out of the Beccles stretch of the Waveney, where the river meets Oulton Dyke, an otter surfaced about 50yds away from us. It then dived, and came back up again a few minutes later. Dave
mbird
Wow, I've never seen Cranes in flight on the Broads before. Dave, I saw an Otter in Oulton Dyke a couple of weeks back, so I wonder if he's the same chap?

andyg
we saw a seal swim past us at reedham back in may whilst talking to the ranger and again the following morning. the ranger told us its quite common now as the seals make their way up to the eel nets up by the mouth of the chet. must say it was one of our high lights of many a year afloat on the broads. BuffaloBill
We saw a seal at Stokesby in May on our way south, and then another near the Beauchamp Arms 3 days later. The Stokesby one looked like a dog in the river until we got close!
