MY littleboat
Beware. Listening to the rights of way sub committee discussions on BBC Parliament channel via inlayer whilst away and what pops up.. A discussion regarding proposed navigational restrictions for some broads areas -in essence to enable wildlife and nesting birds to remain undisturbed - I haven't read, heard or seen anything about this so can someone tell me what on earth this is all about and why on Earth it is being discussed by a rights of way sub-committee?
