Having had the privilege of partaking, I always think of them as Grendel specials.

Can always remember a post you did once Grendel using up your provisions it was eggs, I think that there was 5, and you had them fried the bowl looked like a flower in full bloom always a good feed is enjoyed by yourself.

Try a large one at Broad stones in Potter Heigham that should do you about three days .

Andrew this has always been the case but most people on holiday on the Broads prefer to go to a pub for a meal, we out of season boaters have provisions just in case said pubs are closed or not serving food.
