Day Boat/dinghy/tender

For sale,

my Dabbler ,3.2 metre or 10ft 6” in old money.

marketed back in the day as unsinkable apparently.

anyway,

I’ve done a full refurb on it,

topsides repainted with international yacht enamel.

all of the deck hardware is stainless,

the fenders all brand new.

the seats and front locker are sapele hardwood and robbins elite ply,again with stainless screws throughout.

the rowlocks/cleats are bespoke in stainless.

included but no photos as yet as I’m waiting for the transom bracket coming back from powder coat,is a 5hp Yamaha outboard.

I’ve given it a full service ,and fitted a new cooling pump impeller.

I’ll add some pics once fitted.

also included is a bespoke launching trolley which it’s currently sitting on,

and a road trailer.

a pair or oars are also in the package.

oh and an anchor.

or by prior arrangement st ives ,Cambridgeshire ( where a river test would also be possible)

Yay,got the transom bracket back,

the aforementioned outboard

It has a bit of light corrosion from storage in a lock up,

but it started 2nd or 3rd pull after service and ran lovely.

it was in storage for many years but has obviously not had much use as it’s spotless under the cowl(ihavnt cleaned under there that’s how it was.

It looks very similar except for the front ridge.

There was a similar 'copy' boat made.

It might be worth joining the Broom speed boat fb group for advice.

boat is now in the water at st ives, cambs.

engine runs nice,excellent little day boat.

price reduction to £1600.

incidently ,

im also looking to move the broom speed boat on as well,

apparently it’s a Saturn.

id like £150 for it.
