NeilB
Number 26 http://ybod.org.uk/boat-records/ Couple of familiar names as former owners. No plans for next year yet but may try and make a certain "Lads Week" in October. Just have to save up a few brownie points first !!

Guest
Most of the family are coming up in June (including some first timers) and we had booked Noble Gem and a Major Gem. We had a call a couple of weeks ago from a very nice lady saying that the Major Gem is no longer in the fleet and we will now be having an Ibiza which is having its rear saloon sofa converted into a bed settee. We all can't wait for June which seems a million miles away at the moment!
Baz
Seems as though I'm going to have to spend next year on my own boat "Moonlight" a Seamaster 27. Somehow, I think I might enjoy it. Regards all Baz
MY littleboat
James, You are still thinking "Grey Funnel LIne", the purpose of that deck is to let him take his chopper. (Unfortunately he has to take off and land back on every time she goes through a bridge though!)
JimC
We've booked a week on Alpha Swift at Brundall so that we can tour the southern half of the broads, we did the northern half this year on our first boating holiday and loved it so much we just had to come back.I have fond memories of the Beauchamp Arms from 50 years ago as we stayed in a static caravan there 2 years running, sadly the site is no more as we discovered last year. pks1702
Not everyone's cup of tea but fits the bill perfectly for what we are looking to do. Comfort in a rufty tufty shell. http://www.nordictugs.com/models/nt42_video.aspx

C.Ricko
That is totally impractical for the northern Broads Perry, I assume you are going south

Antares_9
not whole! That would be the fate of Potter Clive, not the Nordic Tug.
C.Ricko
I have seen it done, just line it up with the middle of the bridge and go full ahead, that lowers the boat in the water and you should pass safely through. I will video it for you
Guest
funny that Perry at first glance i thought it was a sub Jonny

C.Ricko
best start a whip round for Perrys damage deposit unless it is a waiver
pks1702
If it is a waiver I will be sure to upset the local equivalents of the Broads AA's It is actually a deposit so no outrageous behaviour from me; I can't vouch for the other duty Skipper though
