Wanted, Broads Cruiser, Approx 36ft

I'm keen to find a cruiser to convert, open plan, insulate, and enjoy. I'm on Apollo duck etc but local knowledge is usually the one.

Ideally I'm looking for something as spacious as possible, under 36ft long.

Any leads or links to boat yards that might not be posting online greatly appreciated.

it does not get updated for some reason,  there are boats on the web page that sold in the summer
