I am so jealous of you all right now  I wasn't able to partake in the pleasures of pancake day  we are 3 weeks in to our diet and doing so amazingly well for the first time in my life, so I didn't feel I could cheat.

So hungry now, knew I shouldn't have opened this thread

So! nobody's mentioned pancakes with GRAVY... As kids thats what my mum always made,

Thin with crispy edges and gravy they were to die for.

We were going to have this time them but Elaine decided to restart slimming club yesterday so iv'e missed out again.

Pancakes with the left over brown meat from the Turkey was a Christmas thing in our household.

Sage and onion or red currant usually but turkey gravy would have been lovely.
