Can anyone recommend a gas safe person that would be happy to meet at a southern rivers (yare) pub and plumb in a gas cooker for me?

I'm looking to replace my cooker so it will be ready mounted just the pipework needing done, not sure what time scale yet though.

Gonna rip out the olf flavel vanessa thing and fit a 2 burner hob/grill (tasman 4500) and use space below for a microwave, when not plugged in I have a genny so it would be more useful, only used the oven once since owning the boat...
