Best internet service providors plus phone deals

Recommended Posts

I am currently with BT and have been for quite some years,no problem with download speeds etc,but does anyone know if there is a better option out there ie: as regards phone/Broadband savings.

I looked at Talk Talk today some quite good deals there at the moment but when i looked at the current reviews 95% were awful.citing slow download speeds, poor customer services etc.non existant help.overcharging the list goes on.Help.

Must be one of the lucky ones, we are with talk talk and have had no major issues. Slower than Virgin but if you want to see hidden charges, overcharging and poor customer service try Virgin.

Do nothing different now but Bill is around £40 per month less.

Use BT at work and the broadband is terrible, really slow and always loosing connection and yes it is a BT problem.

Guess it is down to luck on how good your local infrastructure is.

We are with Talk Talk, it was originally Homechoice, then taken over by Tiscali, then taken over by Talk Talk (actually AOL under a different name) and broadband speed is blistering, but then again we are in central London. :naughty:

The quality of the TV package is rubbish though and the cost is far above what it should be for the channels, they have reduced the content over time without reducing the price so we are having SKY on Friday despite us both being unhappy about contributing to the Murdock empire, but we will be keeping the Talk Talk broadband and calls.
