Walking along reedham quay earlier a guy was fending us away from the side of a hireboat where the shower sump was spitting soapy water across the quay due to water level, helpfully I said "that's nothing mate, wait till they use the loo".....

I got a slightly worried look. :default_icon_e_surprised:

Many a true word spoken in jest.

I would lay odds that there are many sea going vessels on the River Yare with at least one heads compartment on direct discharge.
