Hylander
Have you been gazing into your crystal ball. If so can we have the weather for June July August and September please. Any rain, which we do need can it be overnight. 1
NeilB
The only heat wave I've had so far this year is when I open my oven door while cooking dinner!!! 2
ExSurveyor
They can't accurately forecast tomorrows weather. I expect the Daily Express with forecast a blistering summer, as they do every year 😎
FairTmiddlin
And the Met office reporting, that this was the hottest spring on record. Which records were they looking at possibly mixed up Kowloon with Kenilworth, or Melbourne with Middlesborough 3

The forecast for where we are currently is a daytime high of 12 degrees C and an overnight low of 5 degrees C. Flaming June? Wherever did they get that idea?
grendel
the press put out these headlines every year, in the hope that one year they will be right and can then say we told you so, and in the hope that when they invariably get it wrong we will have forgotten their sensational headlines that are there just to make us buy their product

Judging by the temperatures here, they weren’t far wrong!

I really hope she’s wrong !!!! 1

Not enough to get my son excited about a day’s skiing though.

YnysMon
We’ve dug out the radiator on Moonlight Shadow. It normally lives under the sofa in the summer.

Wussername
I have it from great authority that summer will arrive in three days time. There will be summer this and summer that.

But mainly rain, apparently. I checked the 14 day forecast for home, as well as where we are on holiday currently and the BBC shows rain featuring every day bar one over the next two weeks for Breckland (Norfolk). Typically, the weather for South West Scotland looks to be improving as we return to Norfolk.
Hylander
Our heating goes on occasionally just recently especially in the morning. Thought it was just me.
