Rob at Sutton Staithe has announced the sad passing of Lawrence. He was a highly regarded and much loved member of the crew there and they have been hit hard by his loss.

All of us who have moored in their marina, had work done or just called in for fuel etc. will remember what a friendly, helpful and all round nice guy he was I'm sure. He once showed me the Chilli plants he was growing on the parcel shelf of his car, just like that he picked the stongest one and gave it to me. He will be very much missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.
