Carpet For Boat

I want someone I can just give a measurement for my saloon floor and get them to cut the carpet and put something on the edges to stop it fraying. I recall being told there was someone in Beccles who would do this pretty cheaply. Does anyone know who this might be or have any other suggestions? Thank you so much :-)

I’ve no idea of costs but Stalham carpet shop have fitted carpets to lots of boats and can whip the edges.
