bobrob18
Well, me the better half, and kidos turned up at herbert woods today, had to wait patiently for omplic light 2.. a quick brief guide and off... First impressions, maybe a wee bit short on storage, but beds, layouts, all work for us... Soo, a short slow ripple down to womack staithe today will do nicely, as booked in for Sunday lunch (thanks for the recommendation!) Stern mooring, soo much easier with bow thrusters, so I didn't look like a newbie after all being 30 years since last on here as a spotty teen! one shunt and in... Had half hr fishing, joined by the better half first time... and blow my anchors she hooked and landed with help a 1lb bream! 1-0 to her! Game on! Had to pop up the the shop as this plonker left his duty free baccy at home... doh! So time for a cheeky one and back, wine and cheese n biccys await. Until tomorrow......

CambridgeCabby
Just phone Beccles up to book the mooring 01502 712225 £20 side on on the Green , £15 stern on in the basin or £20 on the pontoon if available , includes use of excellent showers make sure you get the door lock code , if you want electric hook up Beccles have their own cards the BA ones do not work on their posts
Smoggy
After breydon the first pub is the cheapest by the river, the fishermans moorings are not great but just upriver the ba burgh castle moorings are good and a short walk from the Fishermans, often find credit on leccy posts.

Easiest thing is just agree between yourselves who's showering at what time of day and time some of them for when you're on the move.
