A Planning application has just gone into Broadland for change of use of 1 Wendover Road, Rackheath Ind Estate by Ferry Marina.

To sell Caravans !

Thats good news then Brian, I hope they get their permission, with the handfull of CLs and CSs around and the CCs Broadlands site we could do with a good dealership and accesory shop local when we come down to stay

ITs great news for the area, its the main entrance to the Industrial Estate

No i sold the Caravan Early Last year as it was so expensive to keep and store

Aw thats a shame, but i know where your coming from with that one, as we gave up our last caravan when our girls became teenagers, and a house move ment that we could no longer keep the caravan at home due to restrictive covenants on the property, and storge yards were so expensive, given that we only had our annual holidays from work to use it

We still love ours that we bought when Bill retired, and average 8-10 weeks away per season, with our favourite sites being a hand full of CLs and CC sites around Norfolk, Suffolk, Yorkshire and Snowdonia

Are you planning to become a main dealership, or is it just going to be a few 'preloved' caravans for sale?

We would love to find a reliable Coachman Caravan dealership, prefareably in an area where we are regular visitors, as we may be tempted to upgrade sometime during the next couple of years, and love the build quality of this brand of caravans having owned one from new in the past

If they can make a brand that floats I can see them being very popular around Horning

They did that in the 60s and 70s Perry, they were called Bucaneers and Carribeans .

They did that too Paul, remember the old "Caraliner" that topcraft built?. The first year, it seemed to let very well, then the second year, it hardly went out at all, so they converted it to one of the "Fleetwing" boats.
