I'm surprised by the relatively modest price of that one. I don't know the market in the area but I would have imagined it costing at least twice as much.

As others have said, I think it's the location. In the quieter months that will be stunning, but in the summer I think it would be a complete pain living there.

I see the mill says sold on waterside website and for a much lower figure than quoted by the EDP (£375,000)

And it is a Semi sqeezed in sardine like. The one next door with the land would bring more. I personally don't like being attached.

I have to confess to liking my music, so in our case I think it would be the people next door who wouldn’t like being attached!
