I thought if you bought a boat that was already tolled, you still needed to re-toll it under new ownership?

The toll is transferred to the new owner. It is only moving a boat onto the system halfway through the year that a full toll is payable.

Knowing the owner I'd imagine it's pretty well looked after, I've been on it a couple of years ago and it was lovely inside.
