For all those interested it is Zeebruge taken from the 5th floor hotel balcony overlooking the beach and port, I will post some more pics of the test later.

My money's on the whole towing setup (hawser, boat, engine power), to be able to rate it's pulling power.

(Though I'm often wrong, especially on here....)
