hi perry,that looks cool. me and my brother brought a villa in kissimmee last year. i plan on spending as much time as poss out there. iv look at boat charters in florida and have to admit it really does appeal to me. be keen to hear how you got on..

Very nice Andy with property prices over there as they are it was probably a good time to buy.

The set up for boating over there is superb and the cruising area diverse and varied. If I had the chance I would move our ship there tomorrow, sadly without a Green Card 90 days is all I would get.

I will post up some snaps in due course one I get chance to download the photo's.

I have a buddy in Port Charlotte Florida, he tells me a riverside house

on a freshwater canal is about $50,000 . Only one problem is the freshwater

canals have gators in them so no swimming hehe.
