Hi everybody

A friend is looking to come down via car for three days to chill out from work her first time from 28th of July anybody know the best place is near the broad & isn't very pricey I'm having no joy .... Boats I'm good with hotels nope

Hi Jonny,

I have stayed at the Wayford Bridge Hotel a few times.

Very nice and not over priced, but then again it wasn't high season when I stayed.

I used the Limes at Catfield the last time I had to do a B&B stop-over

(for one of the forum meets).

Single rooms from £45, which I would still regard as pricey

but then I mauy be out of touch with hotel prices in Norfolk.

It isn't right on a Broad or river but as he/she will have a car then that shouldn't be a problem.

Travelodge at Acle can do three nights for £45 a night, room only.

Cross that one off your list then Jonny .
