week off at the shop

hiya

I hope nobody was disappointed that i closed the shop at Bramerton

the first week in September ?

The weather was forecast for high pressure and flat seas so I selfishly

took the opportunity to use my boat for a while and go fishing.

If anyone is interested I made a short video of my trip with pictures and video

for my American friends to see what we get up to with our boats.

A great little video Rich - at least someone was pleased to see you coming into Southwold ;)

I know it takes some effort to put something like that together so thanks for taking the time and posting.

The post scores top marks from me; boating with images and video - just what we like :clap

hiya

thanks for the kind words I really appreciate them all. Those tallships gave me a fright coming out of the fog, especially

as i'd watched the horror film the fog a week or so earlier :o nobody told me there was a maritime festival going on ?

I guess I need to spend a bit more time on the forum

Did you notice the 3rd piece of music on the video ? it's the theme to the Red Neck Yacht Club my pal in florida belongs to.

why don't we have a theme song heheheh

Yes Alan 30 knots but it was against the tide :naughty:

but boy did it suck up the fuel. so much so I am looking for a fuel management display to stop me being so naughty hehe. :Stinky

the shop is open as normal again for now, we'll see how it goes over the winter to see if the 7 day opening is feasible off

season. It is prudent just to call me and check i'm there if you are coming to specifically see me as I could be out on a canvas job.

thats weather dependant of course .

Kind Regards

Richard
