Berney Arms to reopen Saturday

On Radio Norfolk and Look East tonight a nice piece about the Berney Arms and the new landlord who opens tomorrow.He said they will be doing food as well as drink and hopes for people to return , let's hope it is successful as it certainly is an iconic spot on the Broads

I wish them well and hope they can make a living from the old pub!!

When we're coming back from the North we like to stop off there for a beer while we wait for the tide to catch us up in full flood.

The usual reason - Flood Alleviation work. It will be closed right through to September.
