mickfreakley
I still feel Photo-Bucket is better as the image is larger when on the forum and will always be the correct way up, just my opinion.
mickfreakley
The downside to Photobucket is that you end up with posts full of missing images when people reorganise and delete their images, forgetting that they've posted them here. That's the main reason that we got the photo uploads fully working, and have set them to a size that should look okay on most people's screens (and people view the forum on all kinds of devices nowadays). I here what you are saying, I just don't like thumbnail images.

ranworthbreeze
Hello Fred,It was just a test before posting John a new forum member how to add pictures. The picture is of my mate Chris who has been playing the guitar for the last 48 years (I might add, but not on the front of Ranworth Breeze). Chris came down to the boat with us a few years ago and slept with the guitar. He wrote a song whilst on the boat.RegardsAlan

Janice
Why does it say 'attached thumbnails' I noticed that is not shown on all photos that are uploaded? Do I need to adjust settings somewhere ?

Hockham Admiral
Just trying something out. Neil, Hi. Put your curser two lines below your writing and then click on "add to post" at the bottom RHS. Then you won't get the "attached thumbnails" bit.

Hockham Admiral
I have been uploading pictures from my I pad and some appear upside down, any idea why ?? Doug. They usually appear the way they are at source, Doug. Any ideas, Jonzo?
ranworthbreeze
Hello Doug, Jonzo should be able to throw some light on your issues with your pictures, it could be an issue with use of your I pad. I have edited your post to show the formed chine in its blocks for you, I noted that one of your rotten frames on a barrel was also upside down, but I have left this. You have the ability to edit your post but this has to be done straight away after posting and with pictures you would have to use the full editor mode.
