no i don,t own a porters boot but ............

 

 

since 2008 we have had tucked away a large porters boat 

 

she is 40 odd foot long with her new bottom and stem new ribs etc shell soon be ready for faze two

 

this boat saw many a family holida for all the familt from deepest norwich to far away places like up north of thetford "grimsby "

 

blimey that north enogh for mee as i,m dizzy now ..................

 

this ole girl form the fithtie or so will soon have her new hull side s an reat of boot one too

 

she will complement the other long term boot were doing too good ole herats boot too.............

 

when the ole porter boot came to me from our ole freainds in horning when she had a trip to the bottom....!...oppps

 

she is now waiting for me to pull fingers out to get on with her 

 

 

for those who now she is " kimiline " a monster from the wroxham stable ......

ahh love to do the pics thing but all my pics are huge and when o try to load they refuse .....

 

as yuo see what i don,t know about thecomput thinh is,t worth knowing......!!!!

 

 

i try later when i get time 

 

 

all my post are dunn when i,m free for a few mins in between jobs ,now off to horning to see a broom......might ride it later .......

 

 

this boat and ohters are a few we are working on all long term projects ......

 

 

just finishing off a hipperson with a twist 

 

now nearly ready for the ole queen in shed next ......

 

also finish off the ole bell bourne too........

 

got my own broom to sort out soon all 45 foot of her too which i share .........as she is wrapped now with a light cover to kep little water out .......suppose i better get inside her over the winter to get her in shape and finish engine off etc 

 

and several others too..............all woodies 

 

now can some one sort my dam rudd out ............".wayford brod" is getting bigger ....!!!!!

and some more

with her bum sagging and planks rotter her bottom bearly making ant sense too

she has now a new bum and need some more planks in the hull, stage two then I reckon

ive got some boring ones or her new stem and apron too and bottom bieng panked

all new ribs everywhere too los ord ole green timbers and some hot ole steaming one too....

Kimeiline moored in our wet shed during the 1990s she looked lovely from the outside and the interior was also really nice, however, she was completely knackered.  we did some work to the decks, put a bit in the cabin side and did a whole load of planking but it was far from a ' proper job as the owner just wanted to sell her which he did for a vey good price.

ahh mr rico she has all new planks in her bottom as said befor bit orf a long term project this one is ...........

may start on her soon gain as owner request stage two ....

at least she lift now with out the botoom sagging....

her bulk heads are knackered too.............

but on the whole not too bad we have and will see worse...
