a trip here to see the bridge open and a little boat go through....

And a diversion here on the way home to give a donation and see some very brave blokes...

Hi, Geoff.

 

We've often thought about a night in The Swan but found a small guest house just down the street called The Moorhen.

 

We also had a superb fish meal at the Bure River Cottage Restaurant just behind The Swan.

 

Not to say that we've also had some pretty fair meals in The Swan itself!   :clap

Hi Geoff,

I like the pictures, there is nothing better than being near the water be it inland or by the coast.

We Have stayed at the Swan at Horning, we always wanted to stay at the

Petersfield Hotel but sadly they pulled it down. It used to be Handy to moor there and have a meal up at the hotel.
