We got given one when we hired San Moritz for the Salhouse meet, and I thought it was pretty good. Not quite bang up to date as it didn't show the new moorings at Harley Cross, but good enough.

The map supplied when hiring from the platinum fleet is very similar to the map that can be purchased via the 'other' forum.

Herbert Woods "free" map is well laid out with lots of info. That was not with a Elite boat either.

Don't get me wrong, the map supplied when hiring a classic fleet boat is comprehensive - just that there is a little less detail as to moorings etc.

There are two main 'map providers' but I think we all use the same version from the same people..

Having been given the map on Saturday I can safely say its a very good one. Its very up to date in fact as it shows Freedom Cruisers at Thorpe and they've only been in that location since last season.

I scanned my ordnance survey map of broads onto pc, Northern Broads does it in 4 prints then double side and laminate so you have 2 cards to lose instead of juggle a map lol. Make notes on them with a dry wipe pen.
