the summer has been good here and my water butts have only just been filled

the coast that runs down from hunstanton to sandringham and kings lynn faces west and the setting sun

and some of the sunsets are brilliant.

if your there when there is no cloud it can look like the sea is on fire

I spent many early evenings on board the cruise ship taking sunset shots. I tried many combinations of speed and aperture. What we're you using for that pic above, please?

that is a stunning shot Jill.

I remember being on holiday in the area when I was young and my dad telling us how we were on the east coast but facing west.

I found it hard to take in at the time

ive tried to load a couple of pictures to the calendar page but no go.

checking my pics I see that the widest is 1936 and not enough so im wondering

if the specs are a big demanding for non pro photographers ?

I have a canon 1000d with a canon 18 - 200mm lens and that's not cutting it

and im not enough of a photographer to know if I can alter that.
