Where and When?

Searching through my photos for a picture of the Bure Valley Railway I came across some other photo's from that year and it gave me the idea for a quiz. Who can tell me where and when, the exact date, this photo was taken. It has been cropped severely.   but there is sufficient information for a few people to work it out.

Hmmmmm...Moonraker was in the fleet up to and including the 2010 brochure but not the 2011 so I'm guessing it was pre 2011?

 

Location, guessing again could it be Stalham? I'm wondering if it was Griff's launching bash?????

Indeed it is The Railway Tavern Reedham, sadly as you say, no more. Can see I shall have to work on some harder ones.

That was a smashing pub at one time, the locals made you very welcome indeed. They had a darts match one night and were handing out finger food like no tomorrow.

 

From memory such as it is, they sold some very good real ales. You just had to make sure one or all took a torch to get back down the hill!
