ranworthbreeze
Hi Iain,The same for me, I stood towards the towpath side of boat whilst on the tiller, I would not have missed it for the world. It was and still is a major feat of engineering.RegardsAlan

Maxwellian
I am not too good with heights, but did manage to look over as we went across. Lovely view, but with no rail on the water side it is squeaky you know what time.
Polly
It is awesome isn't it? Vertiginous, and the trough is so slim! Telford knew what he was about though. It's caulked with Welsh flannel apparently.

ranworthbreeze
Hi Monica, I am not sure but with all of the freeview channel they do repete them quite a lot. Keep looking for when Julia walks on the Calendonian Canal, that is worth a watch. I tend to watch most of the waterway programes and as you may be aware I am very interested in the canal system. Here is a link to catch up:- http://www9.tvcatchup.com/programme/28081 RegardsAlan
