Ranworth Breeze at Womak staithe out of season

We love the Broads out of season, this picture was taken in 2006 in late November mid morning.

Not a cloud in the sky, only us it would seem on the moorings, perfect.

I love being outside on winter days like these.

Never been boating in winter but have windsurfed on new years eve before some years ago (and no I hadn't been drinking)

Also love walking on fine winters days

What a glorious shot...and an empty staithe at Womack! Funnily enough, back in 2006, day after Guy Fawkes night in fact, we managed a similar photograph, though not as good, at Ranworth Staithe with us being the only boat there.

 

Same sort of winter light, lots of contrast and some brilliant sunshine. Happy days. The only downside of that day was that the boat decided it was the perfect time to throw the port heat-exchanger... ££££££££££
