So one week to go and we'll be back on the Broads

LET THE PREPERATIONS COMMENCE !!

Myself, brother & 83 year old Mum will be on Magic Gem 2

Its a geat holiday for mum as she can just sit, relax and watch the world go by but still be part of the holiday.

we were down at the end of April for a week and had a great time.

I think Mum was only off the boat twice in the whole week.

We used to come on boating holidays for years in the 80's & 90’s and Mum & Dad (and our dog Sam ) just loved to be there

Dad sadly passed away 3 1/2 years ago but coming to a place he loved brings back so many happy memories.

We have started to get things ready, we tend to eat on the boat so have got all the non perishable items to bring with us........the fresh we will buy at Stalham.

If we manage to get a signal ( I believe Richardsons are doing wifi this year ) I will try to do a daily update using the ipad, although I've never done this before but it will be interesting to try.

If not I'll do a write up when i return ( I did this after our April week on Forth Bridge in "The other place" )

Have a great time, was it you who asked if you can get under beccels old bridge? I am sure you can just check the tides with harbour master there,he will tell you.
