This may be worth a watch if anyone is interested in Norfolk produce. It's presented by Richard Hughes, the Chef/Proprietor of The Lavender House in Brundall on Mustard TV. http://www.mustardtv.co.uk/episode/a-taste-of-norfolk/

Mustard TV (local TV station for Norfolk) is available on Freeview Channel 8 though you might need a retune to find it!

Unfortunately, Mark, if you live much beyond a 12 mile radius to the South and West of Norwich it's not available.

Can't stand the woman(JSP), it's probably a very good show and I am quite interested in local produce from where ever, but nothing can get me changing channels or switching off more than her.  At the risk of being controversial Harriet Harperson as well.

On another note, I'm a bit of a sucker for locally made produce and am always buying from farm shops and the like, Norfolk included.

On yet another note I have never actually driven past Tebay services(upper reaches of the M6) and not bought some Isle of Mull cheddar, amongst other produce.

We went to Eyam on Saturday with my relations from Canada, we called in Eyam Hall and afterwards called in their eatery.

Tan had a salard & fruit plate with cheese, all four of us were helping Tan out with the cheese, proper sage derby, strong cheddar, red windsor and wensleydale with bilberry.

I called in the cheese shop on site but the sage derby they had was the modern type. I have looked on line only a few places for it. So on our travels through Derbyshire we will have to call in the Old Cheese Shop at Hartington (near Buxton).

Phew all that hot air about our Janet.      Well for someone is not very popular she seems to be always in demand and obviously is making mega bucks.      I do think she has mellowed over the years and really and truly she cannot be as dreadful at times as she comes across.       Notwithstanding all that I think she is quite a good cook.   Not a Chef but a cook , a bit like the rest of us.

I will look this programme up on Catch Up when we get home.

Thank you for posting.
