Poppy
Yes JM, A good, if a little light read. I would thoroughly recommend it to those with an interest in the history of the Broads, particularly the last 250 years or so, There are some good illustrations as well, there is even one of a general store in Oulton Broad..... JennyMorgan
They have, IN PART, the status of a National Park! In truth it is that minor indiscretion, detour from the full truth, that dissuaded me from pressing the buy button and asking if anyone here had read it. However, that Poppy suggests that it is a 'light read' means that it is probably a tad high brow for myself but I respect Poppy's opinion and both trust and appreciate his recommendation.
