Guest
Hi everyone as i now have an all in one printer i can now scan all of my holiday pics of when i was young and we was hiring on the broads. I have load of pics that were taken when one had to put film in his machine to capture an image :-D :-D I must point out when i was young i was realy skinny this was when we first started hiring now iam a little bigger. for those of you who have met me iam a big softy bit shy as i lack confidence so no wise cracks for those who Ive met. lets begin these are from late 80s to early 90s
Guest
Continued if you look at a couple of the pics you will notice i have a broken are this was due to me climbing halfway up that big odd looking tree on Salhouse Island i was dozy enough to fall off and broke my arm my dad says he called for an ambulance to meet us at Wroxham and they rushed me to great yarmouth hospital. to this very day the same tree has now been fenced of thanks to my dozyness & my to left feet :-D :-D I know some of you wont beleave me but it happend

Guest
Keep it up Jonny. This, for me, is like the first three episodes of Star Wars - obviously I moored next to you for over a year and we attended many of the same meets on the NBF so I've seen the up to date version and know how the story pans out but now you're giving me all the back plot and it's great so keep it coming! Give my regards to you dad as well.

Guest
It was good, wasn't it Jonny - but we don't have a boat anymore and you've moved to Loddon now so it may be a while before it happens again. Keep up the pics and stories from the old times though as there are many interested readers / viewers.
