River depth

I've booked a riverside property on the main river on the outskirts of Wroxham for a fishing holiday in the summer, its one of the last ones before you get to Wroxham broad, has anyone got any idea of the Bure depth in that area ? Can't seem to find any info on main river depths anywhere on the Broads !

This composite was made a couple of years ago from the BA's hydro graphic survey and the OS OL40 map.

 

I don't believe there's been much dredging done up there since, so it's probably still reasonably accurate.

I would estimate between 2.5 to 3.5 metres dependant on the state of the tide.

For those of us Alan who went to school in the early 50s the conversion to imperial is as follows 

 

2.5 Mtrs = 8ft 2 and 27/64 of an inch     3.5Mtrs = 11ft 5 and 51/64 of an inch.
