LondonRascal
The Broads to many is in itself the attraction – the water, the moorings the lovely sunsets and the waterside pubs just are the icing on the cake. I do wonder however as cruisers get better equipped these are sure to attract first timers to the Broads, perhaps even from other waterways like the Thames or Canals but once on the water shore side facilities must leave many wanting. I do wonder what the future may be in the next decade but one thing seems for sure, you need to ‘spread your bets’ and have fingers in more than just the boat pie be that waterside accommodation, brokerages and/or private moorings so hopefully you remain overall a profitable business than one who is very susceptible to seasonal demand.
