And by 3:18 it was free - seems a picnic boat...

Hirers should use the pilot, so it shouldn't happen at Potter Heigham....

However, at Wroxham, not all hire companies insist, and there are a few close encounters everday. Some rip off hand rails, some smash windscreens, well as most hirers pay a collision damage waiver, there is no cost to them, so who cares...

Quite exciting watching the cameras or sitting riverside at Hoveton lol...

I've never gone further north than Potter bridge - we used to get the boats under Wroxham except for one year when the water was too high!
