BOATBURN MARINE SUPPLY

I've never heard of them and Google is showing some odd results.  The address is a mid terraced house, the one with the black 4x4 outside - https://goo.gl/maps/wJJpKWUYvT22

The website has loads of Volvo Penta pictures but they are most definitely not an authorised dealer.

If your looking to re-engine your Falcon with a Volvo then try these guys below.  Depending which engine / drive you currently have there may be a re-engine package available.

Beta do not supply stern drive packages and only go to 150hp, Vetus go higher but have to use another manufacturers stern drive (Mercruiser).

Hi JawsOrca

How did you know i was looking at a VP :), the company is deeling with Yanmar,Vetus as vell..

The website is plastered with VP pictures, including one which finished production 5 years ago !!

I can put you in touch with a few UK dealers but the exchange rate is not great so you may get a better deal closer to home.

I may be going off at a complete tangent here, but just in case you're looking at ways to re-engine a boat that's already fitted with a volvo penta sterndive,

... there's a company on the south coast called "Lancing Marine" who carry a comprehensive range of parts to adapt a variety of engines to them.

http://www.lancingmarine.com/

Using their conversion kits for example, you can get a marinised Ford diesel complete with VP leg adapter parts for about 4.5k.

Hi

First tanks for all quick answers :), I'm refurbishing a Quayline245, have no engine or stern drive at the moment.

Looking to fit it with D3-200, OR a 5,7-300 engine..not really decided yet..

Searched the internet, and got a hit in England, so thought ill follow it up.
