Not seen the water level this low at Reedham for a while. Moored up OK but Mrs Nog had a scramble on getting ashore. Lifejacket on of course.

That IS low Howard. Errr just as well you aint cruising the Firth of Clyde just now!  DESMOND has arrived !!! The sea is VERY rough indeed. No ferry's sailing to Arran.

Winds are not quite so bad today and crossing times for Breydon are good.   Will you cross today?   If so I will be thinking of you both.

Many thanks, yes wind has dropped considerably. Best time to cross Breydon will be around midday so hopefully wind will drop further. Will probably moor at Berney Arms to assess situation before crossing but fingers crossed we should be fine. We keep you posted

Just dipped the fuel. I reckon we have used about 40 litres. Considering we've done Acle to Brundall, Oulton Broad and back to Reedham and heating on, I think that's very good. Taking it steady and going with the tide does reap dividends.

No probs, hers a couple for starters. Arrived safely at Berney Arms just waiting for the tide. A bit choppy but I really don't think there will be a problem. According to Mrs Nog the wind will be abating as the day gores on
